Who We Are
FIDGCO, developed the buy-to-rent thesis in 2015, based upon over a decade of “on the ground” housing data and research compiled while our founders worked together in all stages of the housing cycle.
With our focus on cash flow, we developed proprietary, cutting-edge, SFR analytics that assists us in the full life-cycle of the SFR business: sourcing, bidding, purchasing, renovating, renting and managing homes in the Southeastern United States.
Our focus on maximizing yields starts by operating in underserved, but highly desirable, metro areas (MSA’s) in fast-growing Southeast markets. We are currently managing stabilized properties and are buying new homes every month in our defined MSA’s area.

FIDGCO Acquisitions INC.,., ("FIDGCO") A private Real Estate Investment and Development Company, invests in turn around projects in the multi family, retail, land development and creating capital appreciation through re- positioning. Our focus is on distressed real estate opportunities, while maintaining a long term commitment to value added projects in Southeastern US.
The company has several developments and acquisitions in the pipeline, and the company is exploring development opportunities as well as acquisition of existing retail centers throughout Southeastern United States.
We specialize in turn around projects in the multi family, retail, land development and creating capital appreciation through re- positioning, restructuring entrepreneurial and intensive management. FIDGCO, LLC anticipates cautious, yet aggressive growth over the next few years with the predominate focus on re-positioning distressed income producing assets.
We have an entrepreneurial approach to creating value out of our properties and maximizing investment return for our investors. This multifaceted approach includes strategies at both the transaction and property levels.
